Late Policy
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment to respect other scheduled clients.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Please cancel or reschedule at least 3 hours before your appointment. No-shows or late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.
Children Policy

For safety and limited space, children are not allowed in the salon unless they have an appointment.
Children must remain calm and supervised at all times.
If a child becomes disruptive or unmanageable, we reserve the right to end the service and charge the appointment cancellation fee.

Health Condition
Please inform your technician of any allergies or medical conditions before your service. We are not responsible for allergic reaction to products. We can remove the product at not cost if any allergic reaction occurs with the next 48 hours.
